Hello everyone!
I am back with a new day. Anyways, we'll do it.
So I am a bit worried that I am on the wrong level.
This is a screenshot of the current level being wrong.
This is not good. Not good at all! I am actually on 920, not 872.
So can you please take me to level 920 because I am actually on 920 played on PC while no internet. Now I am really on 920. So please promote ne back to level 920.
Stopped at 872 with this ... Just this happened!
And I am at Polka Park! Not Truffle Terrace!
So take me all the way back to level 920 because I am back with internet connection to beat other players.
Hello @Havish - I hope you are enjoying your time in the community and I am glad you are back on track. Issues like that can happen when you end up playing the game while not connected to the internet. It should resync once your re-establish your connection, but sometimes it doesn't. If it happens again and the tips provided above don't fix the problem and you don't want to replay the levels, you can either contact Player Support (see the Contact Us at the bottom of the page) or let us know here in the support area and we can ask a CM to help restore your missing levels manually.
