The extra spin feature belongs to the test group so we can't say for sure you will always find this feature in your game. Sometimes such features may be missing in the game due to temporary problems and then it returns to the game normally.

As explained there is nothing you can do regarding this .As its a test feature your not always guaranteed to have it
all test features are groups of random picked people and nobody gets all the features available. Also it may have been disappeared due a temporary problem, but again if you have done all the steps nothing can be done until a fix is implemented and if fixed your not guaranteed to get it again as its a test feature.

Hi there 👋🏻👋🏻, have you tried loging out from the game, clear cache, check for games update, reboot device and log back in to play cos it may be due to internet connectivity or limited storage space in your device.
If you have done all these and it still doesn't appear, most probably this feature has been temporarily removed from your game as it is a test feature and yet to be permanently rolled out to all. So stay tuned for other test features that may suddenly pop-up or re-appear after few weeks. Always make sure your game is up to date. Hope this info clarifies your thoughts🙏🏻🙏🏻

@jfj1 As its a test feature you are not always guaranteed to get it in your game, test features are groups of randomly picked people., but please bare in mind that you could become part of the group again and also it may be missing to a temporary problem.
