Lost progress!

I was almost in the 800s on levels and a friend told me to link it to Facebook! Once I did it dropped me to the middle 200s losing not only levels but all my power ups and stuff I worked VERY hard for. Is there a fix to this?! I’m so sad 😞

I can't confirm the reason why you went back to level 200 when you first connected to Facebook. Anyway can you show me a screenshot of current your game map?

Hi there Lauren 👋, may I suggest that you log out from your FB account and log back into the original account to see if the boosters are still there? Please read the detailed step in the link below... Hope you can see all your boosters up in your game after reconnecting with the original game account.
