Connecting the game to my king account
Hi,
I was wondering if you guys can connect my game to my account for me so I don’t lose all my progress. My game currently have the connection error and I found out that I can only fix it by reinstalling game. However I been playing it without signed in to my account for the past few month and I don’t want to lose my progress when I do reinstall the game.
I sm currently on level 7239 and I’ve included a picture as proof.

Hi there, thanks for your question. PLEASE DO NOT reinstall the game because by doing this you will lose all your boosters.

0 · Helpful Woah! Sweet Love Haha@Royyu66 If you have to reinstall you just need to sign in with the account you save the game to and it should sync your levels and gold bars. Boosters and lives will be lost if you are doing this on a mobile device. Then if you have any problems come back to us.
Your pic is not really proof unless you have some of you photo or name on the game as this could be picked up from anywhere

Dont worry dear if the uninstall and re install is the last option then it is what it is. Go for it and i wish u good luck that when u login back there will be no problem for ur progress and gold bars. But u have to be ready for loss of boosters.

However, if you still can continue playing if you want to fully utilise your boosters so it won't go to waste if you reinstall your game later. 😊

hi, so I’ve just tried reinstalling it, but it started on level one. I didn’t get my level back. I don’t know what my game id is or where to find it. However the email I use for the game is royyu66@Hotmail.com.

Please email Player Support so they can restore the levels manually on your new account.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - My Game Progress - Contact us and send them an email. Don't forget to mention what level you were on! 😀
