Hi i contacted the player support recently, ive noticed that the level didnt update today, ill wait another 24 hours before i msg you again. sorry for the trouble.
Hey guys, the game still havnt gone back to the level before i reinstalled it yet. I've played multiple levels and i have send in ticket to customer support. I dont know what else i can do. I am suppose to be on level 7249. ive uploaded a picture with my username included.
@Royyu66 Customer support currently have a back log they are working through so expect a little delay in getting a reply, but you will get one. I cannot help you anymore than this at moment as the one person who could help you maybe is away till next monday. If you not had a reply then come back to us
i couldn’t because the game had a reconnection error, therefore I couldn’t connect my main account to the game. I’ve tried to troubleshoot in every way suggested by customer support and it still wouldn’t work. As of today, I had reinstalled it so I lost all my progress from before.
hi Guys. I still haven’t heard from customer support yet. I just want to continue playing the game without having to play through the 400 levels that I’ve already played. Since the game is a lot harder in the later levels.
I've tried to use every kind of troubleshooting that was suggested by automatic customer support, and it didnt work. It was suggested by the community to reinstall the game, however that i would retain the gold bars and game progress. that was not the case for me. I've included picture in my previous post about the progress, when i was able to sign in after reinstalling it. i was at an old progress. i'll include the pictures again.
@Royyu66 So The account with the error you have already uninstalled and reinstalled and your still getting same error or has it connected and you just got levels back but not to where your progress was. Or is it a different account?
@Royyu66 Only person that can help you with this is customer support or @Crazy Cat Lad . Not sure why if you reconnected to same account why it would not restore the correct level you was on. Strange one, how many levels has it taken you back.

Hi Cat. Sorry for all the confusion. I hope i can make it all clear with this post. So i got my account reconnected after the reinstallation of the game; that part had no poblems. However i was on level 7249 before the reinstallation, i proofed that using the picture. Now, after the reinstall, i am on level 6880.
I just want to ask you to see if i can get my current account updated to level 7249 so i can continue to play at the level that i was playing at without having to replay the 300 leves or so.

Have you tried to reconnect the game to that account?

What error message do you get when you try to connect?
Are you able to create a new King account in the game and get connected to that one instead?

hi Cat. so the error i kept getting a connection error. Everytime i tried to log in with my account it said "there was a connection error please try again" I found a post with this problem here: https://community.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/discussion/280545/there-was-a-connection-error-try-again-in-a-bit/p1

yes after reinstalling it, the account was able to connect fine. but the progress on the account was amost half a year ago.

By progress, do you mean the ranking? If so, this cannot be restored I'm afraid.
