game is getting dull

The game has been numb for a while now that I have nothing to do after crossing a level. no strategy left to check.

We've been getting some reports about Windows App for a while but I'm not sure if that's a same problem.

Please follow the step below or you can contact our Player Support.

1. Make sure your windows updated.
2. Reset / Reinstall your game app
3. Go to Microsoft Store - Setting menu( 3 dots) - Downloads & Updates - Check update - Update all.

If these steps do not resolve your issue, you need to contact our Player Support.

Hi @Ritika2 can you explain in more detail what you mean. Are you on the last level ? why no strategy you should still have daily boosters to store up to use further on in the game?. You must be some hell of a player as i have to strategize every level now

used to do 45 levels in a day now taking me 3 to 4 days

If you can show me a screenshot of your problem then I can understand your problem and tell me which device you are using for this game. Is your problem recurring or is it the first time?

According to your screenshot I can see you are using Windows app. I'm asking you to check the steps below.

Check App Update > Log Out Game > Restart Device > Open Game & Log In.

hy sukanto I got 7 apps updating...with and store updating, seem ok lol.
