Reset/Clear cache data from App Store - Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.

@Jettydog Hi and welcome, no this is still an ongoing issue that is still trying to be resolved. Game ID is no longer required, they did help to find the cause of the problem but its a complex issue that is taking time to try and solve. We unfortunately have no time frame for a fix
Hopefully it will be resolved soon and you can get your game back to normal
