Wrong account showing
My husband and I were playing Candy Crush on our phones at the same time which we have done for the last 5+ years. All of a sudden his account is showing my profile picture and is on my level. If we make any changes on either account the changes appear on both devices and both log ins. We only play using e-mail log in, we do not have Facebook or any other log ins. I am on level 7260 he is approximately on level 6020

@MonieJ Have at any time have you both logged into the one phone ?
Try logging out of the game on the incorrect device and restart your device, then log back in see if profile picture is still the same

Please follow the steps. Uninstall the game app( second screenshot) - Restart device - Install game app - Log in.
Maybe your problem will be solved, if not let me know.(Please note All Stored boosters will be lost)
