However I am finding some inconsistencies in the second screenshot where the profile is not working properly.
Please follow the steps. Uninstall the game app( second screenshot) - Restart device - Install game app - Log in.
Maybe your problem will be solved, if not let me know.(Please note All Stored boosters will be lost)

I could find both your games and accounts in our system and they seem not to have been synced or merged.
Account CJ with email chris is on level 6020 and Game ID 4193479553
Account C J with email simone is on level 7276 and Game ID 6469784772
Could you try with reinstalling the app and then connecting to the correct account and see if it helps to get the correct game back on the device?

My husband deleted the game off his phone then reinstalled but even logging in with the Chris e-mail still comes up with my profile pic and on my level and the game ID is the 646 account.
So we then deleted the game off his phone, my phone and out iPad left it for an hour and have just reinstalled. My husband has just logged in on his phone with his e-mail address and it is still showing the 646 account.
Are there any other files etc. that might need to be deleted as well as the game or do we need to be doing something entirely different
