How can I sync my Facebook and King accounts?
Are you connected to your game both in Facebook and with a King account? Want to sync the two? No problem! Here's how:
- Go to this page: https://king.com/games
- In the top-right corner, click "Log in" (If you are already logged in, it will say "Settings", in which case skip the next two steps)
- Log in using your King account username and password
- In the top-right corner, click "Settings"
- Choose the option "Account", then down at the bottom select "Score and progression sync"
- Select "Sync progress" and you will be asked to log in to your Facebook account.
And that's it! Your progress will be synced across both your King and Facebook accounts.
Please note: your progress and Gold Bars will be synced across all accounts and all signed-in devices, but other items like Boosters are stored on your device and are not synced.

I followed that page, but it does not work!
When I click the "King" account, I am only able to view my User ID (1179258973).
There is no place to enter an e-mail address. In account settings, it says:
"Your game is being saved with Apple, on devices using the latest iOS version."
I do not have a King.com or Facebook.com account linked with my game at the moment!

It's now possible to sign in to King games using Sign in with Apple. This feature makes it easy for Apple users to sign in to their apps and websites using their Apple ID. This means that you can quickly save your progress and play across devices. Instead of filling out forms, verifying email addresses, and choosing new passwords, you can use Sign in with Apple to set up an account and start saving your progress right away.
It's easy to use Sign in with Apple across King games.
Here are the steps you'll need to follow:
- Navigate to Settings and select the option to save your game
- Choose "Continue with Apple"
- Read through the information here and press continue
- Confirm your details and select whether to share or hide your email
- Your game is now saved with Apple
Please note that you can see your User ID at the top of your Account Settings page.
Please note that it's not possible to sync any existing progress from a King or Facebook account when you use Sign in with Apple. If you choose to use Sign in with Apple, you'll create an entirely fresh account that can be accessed across Apple devices using iOS 13 and above.

@WinnieTan . Please see post below regarding connecting with Apple ID. there is no process to sync an apple ID to a king or Facebook account. You will probably need to create a fresh king account and contact support services to get your levels restored on this account

You can merge or sync a King account and a Facebook account with each other, but an Apple-ID cannot be linked to Facebook or a King account.
You can switch to or from your Apple-ID in the game to/ from Facebook or a King account, but it cannot be merged with any other type of account.
