@Javbud Hi! The creation of a king account has failed and you lost your progress after reinstalling the app?

first make sure you have a king account please, if you don't have it your progress will only be saved in the device you are playing on:

then please write here your last level and your game user ID so your progress can be restored manually by @Crazy Cat Lad

I created a king account before i did my reinstall now when i went into game it said to enter king account to keep my progress but when i tried it said i didnt have a king account with this email msigler23@yahoo.com which is the one we are using now

@Javbud You will need to check you emails and spam folder for a confirmation email that your account has been created and click on the link. Some people have had a short delay on receiving this email

I did do the confirmation email. I did not set up the account while i was in the game does that mean my progress wouldnt be saved

@Javbud Your game should be saved on the original account you had on your phone. What did you sign in with on this.

You should be creating a king account so you can then sync your progress from your old device., but you need a working king account to be able to do this
