Please check Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.
Some features have been removed from the game and some changes have been made to improve the game.So if something is missing in the game, stay tuned since it means that a new features will soon come up!

@dettol Hi! sugar track and the C candies have permanently retired. Build a bot updated into the current format which doesn't load on previous levels anymore. Piggy bank and Tiffi and the beanstalk are still in the game but as test features they're delivered to randomly selected groups of players and rotate, they're not available for every player at the same time, plus they can be absent for temporary problems. Boards cannot be reset anymore without losing a life because apparently this was an anomaly within the game and it was corrected so CCS can be equal with other king games.
Problems with treat calendar were reported. It might not solve it but you could try:
check out updates, log out, restart device, log in and clear a level.

Some features are permanently gone.
Some are still in the game but are provided to selected group of players for testing purposes.
And some new features are in the pipeline.
I believe that game is going through a transition period and we hope that soon new features will be launched.

Hi Dettol, it may be difficult for you to level without any help of free boosters or rewards from events. But if you are stuck at certain level and left with minimal in-game boosters, try to harness the booster whilst playing. You may also get some tutorial videos here or simply watch other YouTubers such as Johnny Crush, who played CCS levels without boosters or Suzy Fuller with talk through on certain levels only.
Don't forget that time continues to tick down while you're away or not playing, as other players will be taking part and catching up too.😊 So just continue playing and stay tune for these features to popup in your game unannounced.

@dettol Hi, Sugar track and suffling without loosing a life have both been removed from the game and will not be returning. The other features are still in the game but if you are not receiving these then your are not in the tests groups for that feature. Tests groups are randomly selected.
To make sure you are getting the features that are available to you. check for updates, log out and restart your device and log back in. Important to always try to keep your game up to date

The old feature Sugar Drop has been completely removed from the game meaning you won't get it back.
''Come back from game board without losing live's'' It wasn't a feature or part of the game so it won't happen again. Other features belong to the test group so you may not always get those features in the game.
However, if the game is not fully connected to the server, the features will not be in the game, so follow the steps below and let me know.
Check App Update > Log Out Game > Restart Device > Open Game & Log In.
