I have completed a level on 4th July and did not receive a sticker . I have completed a level today and again did not receive a sticker. Also my free move spin every 48 hours has disappeared

The extra spin feature belongs to the test group so we can't say for sure you will always find this feature in your game. Sometimes such features may be missing in the game due to temporary problems and then it returns to the game normally.

check out update, log out, restart device, log in, clear a level

This just means you may no longer be in the test group, but you could be again the future. It may also be missing due to a temporary problem.
