Sync facebook account with different email

I was playing candy crush several years ago with an account linked to my Facebook. I started playing again a few months ago but wanted to start fresh, so I just made a new account with a new email. Now I want to sync my accounts so I can play with my friends. I want to keep the progress made on the new account since I’m much farther than I was before. I’ve attempted to do the save progress steps listed in the user guide several times but it’s never prompted me to connect to Facebook.

Dear as per my understanding it is highly unlikely to merge or sync two different accounts with candy crush. Since u already have progressed well on the new id and u just want the friends list from old id i recommend that u manually add ur friends in your new facebook account. And they will start appearing in ur game.

Hi and Welcome to our Community

Are you connected to your game both in Facebook and with a King account? Want to sync the two? No problem! Here's how:

• Go to this page: https://king.com/games 
• In the top-right corner, click "Log in" (If you are already logged in, it will say "Settings", in which case skip the next two steps)
• Log in using your King account username and password
• In the top-right corner, click "Settings"
• Choose the option "Account", then down at the bottom select "Score and progression sync"
• Select "Sync progress" and you will be asked to log in to your Facebook account.

And that's it! Your progress will be synced across both your King and Facebook accounts.

Please note: your progress and Gold Bars will be synced across all accounts and all signed-in devices, but other items like Boosters are stored on your device and are not synced.

Hi,

Very good advice from above regarding syncing your account, but can i ask if you had synced your previous Facebook account. As you can only sync one account to Facebook. So if you already had a email linked to your facebook ,you cannot link another to the same facebook account
