there's a problem with Facebook profiles and their game; facebook-connected players are not seen in rankings and their photos/avatar aren't loading. Currently there's no time frame for the fix unfortunately.

@theheckers Hi adn welcome . There is an issue with Facebook causing avatars not to load and continuelly spin. Due to this it is causing a few problems in the game. Friends missing is one of them. King is working with Facebook on trying to rectify this problem but at the moment there is no time frame for a fix. Hopefully this issue will be resolved soon.

Hi there and good day to you. I hope you are still able to continue playing your game despite not seeing your friends in the friends list. If you plan to create F5 team to win more rewards/boosters to help you level up, you may just join a public group temporarily and form your own once the issue of friend list has been restored.

If you need your friend to send you lives, you may want to try this personal method of mine. I usually play on my mobile, Win10 and FB. After I've fully utilised the 5 lives and still stuck at the same level in my mobile, I will log out from my game and start playing it in Win10. Once I've finished all my lives in Win10, log out and move to FB. Just keep rotating this steps and by the time you play the game back to your mobile, your live may probably be restored by 20% or more depending on the last time you played it.

If you only play your game in PC, just log in your FB one at a time using different web browser. Each time you log into the different browser, you will get 5 full lives. Please remember to always log out from the game from the device/account before logging back into another.

The above steps may sound extreme but that's what I would normally do if I got stuck in a level or trying to complete and event to earn rewards before the time is out. Only attempt if you have the time in the world or the patience. 😅
