the fairy is not unlocking it and i have stuck here because of this

it happened second time

first time @crazy cat lad helped me but now no one is helping me

Know you can only play via king.com but at the moment the CM is on holiday till next monday. So do not know if anything can be done till till then. I have PM a different CM to see if they can help but you may have to wait till next Monday

Based on your screenshot image, it said that you need friends to unlock that particular episode and you need three as per the 3 columns marked with "?" Have you send any request to your friend? If no reply, I suggest you keep sending and I'm sure there will be some response.
