when I have tried to buy extra moves or to spin the wheel it didn't work, but it has taken a total of 48 gold bars and has given me nothing in return, can you please return my gold bars and fix the "loading" issues the game is having. I have had to completely close the page and reload on several occasions just to get the spinning wheel off my screen. Also many of the bars that disappeared did it without me even attempting to purchase anything at all. Please help!

If you play on mobile, then please email Player Support directly from the game.
When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email.

Gold bars are stored in your in-game and normally it won't disappear permanently. I think the loading issue of the game has caused the gold bars to disappear temporarily. I suggest that you visit this page for loading issue relating to PC if you're playing the game with PC or this one if you are playing the game with mobile.
Please bear in mind not to simply uninstall the game as it will lead to losing all your boosters.
