Concentration is hard thing to do in every phase of life. Specially in games if u just divert ur attention chances of losing becomes higher. For me normally i listen music playing my candy crush game. It helps me a lot on focussing.
Everyone have to make his/her own strategy.

@faith4 Ask for help around the community with the levels you are stuck on. There are lots of people willing to help. You can also search for YouTube videos of the level you are stuck on. These have some value in giving you some hints for this hard to complete levels.

The first thing you need to notice is what the targets of the level you are going to play are.
Think before you make a move, displacing which candy can make shuffle too many candies.

I'd just recommend to be relaxed when playing the game. Sometimes taking a break from it helps having a clear mind the next time so you can think of the moves you should do. Also looking for youtube videos beforehand is great because you know what to expect and don't lose the hard earned boosters of build a bot in one go.
