boosters gone

I play the game on Facebook, it looks like King has given an update and my boosters, dog en +1 are gone, the wheel and shovel are still in the game. How come I lose half of the boosters (the best boosters) when King gives an update. this has nothing to do with a new device?

The extra spin feature belongs to the test group so we can't say for sure you will always find this feature in your game. Sometimes such features may be missing in the game due to temporary problems and then it returns to the game normally.

Keep playing the game and I hope you get back to this feature soon

If you cannot recover your boosters, customer support can offer replacement for any you've purchased but not yet used.

Kindly explain a little more which boosters have lost either it was purchased or u won it through the game. Also plz. Try to update ur game application and see if it comes back.

@Jardey If you play via Facebook, Log out of game and clear the cache / history on the internet browser you are using. The restart your device and log back in. See if this solves your issue

Hi @Jardey !

When you play on Facebook, the Boosters are the same no matter which computer or browser you use to login to facebook and play.

Only on the W10 app and mobile devices the Boosters are saved on the device and can be lost after tech issues.

I won the boosters, and I can not update the game for I am playing directly in facebook, king made an update

I just cleared the cache and the extra +1 I won was gone, so I think I know what happens, by clearing the catch you loose some of the boosters (dogs and +1) so the answer is no more clearing the catch :)

Hi @Jardey !

Clearing the cache on your browser should not cause any loss of Boosters in the game.

Could you post a screen shot of your game so i can see how it all looks like and also your Game ID so I can look into this?
