Candy crush not loading at windows 10 store

Hi guys,
Everything was working but now the game only blink at screen and close, uninstalled and installed again but same problem, the other app at store works, only candy crush not.
Thankful if anyone can help

@amoroginski There have been a couple of people report issues with win 10 not loading blank screen . I would attempt tips from @kiara_wael, but if this still does not work you will need to contact support services from the contact us at bottom of page and explain your issue .
As you have already reinstalled think this may be your option
You will need your game ID for this

I have noticed such a problem in some cases but it is not a problem of the game app and my idea, your device operating system updating in the background.You can wait a bit because such a problem is due to system updating and it is transient.
