Log in issues

Has anyone had problems logging in. I am usually signed in via an old facebook account but logged out on my ipad because i had a few issues and thought logging out and deleting the app would help. Infact i can now not sign back in to my account even though i have logged back into my old facebook account. Progress is still saved on my phone but not ipad. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am on level 3933 and through my other account im only on level 5😢

@penski24 Seen a few people that have had problems logging in with ipad. Check your device itself is upto date and on the latest version available. Restart your device. Then check for game update and install if one is found, again restart your device.

Let us now if this rectifies you problem. If not can you post a screenshot of any error message you are getting when attempting to log in

Hi there Penski and good day to you. May I know whether you are using iPhone to play your game? If yes, please sync the data of the devices either via iTunes (old way) or Apple iCloud.
