I cannot send or receive lives. What do I need to do?

I also cannot receive spins on the daily booster wheel.

Hi there Archie and good day to you. If you're unable to send or receive lives, it may be you're not fully connected to your game, your game is not up to date or your game is not properly synced with your other devices.

You may want to try the simple troubleshooting methods i.e. close all games and application and log out, make sure app is up to date, device system is up to date, restart device and make sure your internet is stable, log back in as usual.
