I’m not receiving lives from friends in candy crush - I used to. How can I fix this?

Hi @Carol19 there is an issue with Facebook at the moment with spinning none loading profiles. Due to this it is causing a few problems like lives not being received. King are working with Facebook to try to find a fix for this problem but there is no time frame on a fix
You may also need to check your Facebook permissions and make sure everything is enabled

If you’re using Facebook try login out of Facebook and then log back in. Sometimes that helps restore friends to your game. If that don’t work contact support at the bottom of the page.
