I lost all boosters (pre game and during the game)
Hello, I need some help. I just lost today all my booster
I had approximately 100 from each of the pre games boosters (Swedish Fish, Color Bomb, Coconut Wheel, Striped & Wrapped, Lucky Candy)
- And I had also some in game booster approximately 10 of Lollipop Hammer, Free Switch and UFO
- I am at level 6608 and this is really annoying.

As very well explained by mr. Sukanta in detail about losing boosters. U need to contact directly store and explain the situation but here in the community there is no way to restore boosters. Plz. See below link for king support.

Though, on devices like w10 and mobiles boosters are saved locally so they can be lost permanently after a tech problem.
If you cannot recover your boosters, customer service can offer support and replacement for any you've purchased but not yet used. Please go at the bottom of this page and click "contact us"

I have not change phone so this is not the cause and I have only one profile that i dont share.
I just play on my mobile. It just happened like that when i started to play today.
And i did not buy those boosters, these are the ones i have earned all along the game (i am at level 6608)

@fteff If your playing on mobile / Tablet unfortunately all boosters are stored on the device itself so if you reinstall / reset, change phone or game crashes they are unfortunately not recoverable . Unless you have purchased any boosters that you have not used. If this is the case contact customer support from your game or the contact us at bottom of page and they will help you with this.

In the case Phone, your collected booster is stored in phone memory. This stored booster can not be synced with the server, because the game studio still does not have this process and you will lose the complete booster for app uninstalling or crashing. According to your statement, I guess your game app crashed.
Here are some tips for not/less facing this kind of problem in the future,
Make your device software auto update.
Make your game app auto update.
Don't open game when battery below 25%
Don't accept incoming call when you playing this game.
Close all background running app before start this game.
Make free device internal memory up to 2 GB
Keep RAM free.
Since boosters are stored locally on device memory, we cannot guarantee that your boosters are secure.
