The extra spin feature belongs to the test group so we can't say for sure you will always find this feature in your game. Sometimes such features may be missing in the game due to temporary problems and then it returns to the game normally.

the extra moves wheel is a test feature and is not guaranteed to be in your game all the time. Test features are groups of randomly selected people. This just means you may no longer be in the test group, but you could be again the future. It may also be missing due to a temporary problem.

On my iPad Pro for candy crush saga, at end of unwon level, it shows that I can have extra moves for level, but I don’t know how to get them. I tap all over the screen, but nothing happens.

My extra moves wheel is also not working. It is there, at the end of the game, and all looks normal. It says “win moves” but when I tap it, it goes to the ‘stop’ for 7 gold bars screen. It has been like this for a few weeks now. This is a real issue, not a random person chosen for this benefit thing.

I have the same issue lately: the extra moves wheel is not working. But this is the first time it happens to me in all the years I’ve been playing.

Also when I reached levels 1000, 2000, 3000, 4000 and 5000 there was a reward; but when I reached level 6000 nothing happened.

I’m sad because this game is not as enjoyable as it was.

Only paying can we continue playing? Is that it?
