All boosters are gone!!!

Hello everyone,

I am a daily player of Candy crush saga for about 4 years on my Iphone.

Unfortunately out of the blue sky all boosters are gone!!!

It was more than 500 at least for each!!

now All I have is zeros and the game started counting from booster 1 !!!

I tried opening the app on facebook and found less than 50 boosters each!

I updated the game hoping that it is a glitch will be repaired easily.

But I faced the problem with shock!!

I really feel very frustrated about it and having a very bad experience right now.

    We warmly welcome u to our beloved king community.

    I am very sorry for ur loss. Normally it happens when we change our device or re install our game.Boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that if you delete and reinstall the game, then Boosters can be lost and just saved Levels.

    It’s best not to store too many Boosters on your device, as there is a chance they may be lost, or affect the game play. and save your game in Facebook and King Account.

    But I did’t do both!!

    It’s the same device and I updated the game after the problem happened not before.

    BTW I updated the over 100 times but never had this problem!!!


    Please need more help about this.

    I want my boosters back!

    We warmly welcome you to the Friendly King Community's Candy Crush Saga forum.

    In the case Phone, your collected booster is stored in phone memory. This stored booster can not be synced with the server, because the game studio still does not have this process.You will not be able to transfer the boosters to another device, you will lose the complete booster for app uninstalling or crashing.

    Since boosters are stored locally on device memory, we cannot guarantee that your boosters are secure.

    The phone is stable and I didn’t experience any problem mentioned in the link!!

    The game was without any boosters and I played 5 lives


    I tried closing and opening it back again


    I found no boosters but I remember I found new 5 lives!!


    Clearly there’s something wrong about the game!!

    Over 500 boosters each is a big deal here I am facing here..

    It is multiple years effort and I can’t accept losing it that easy!

    It’s shocking and horrifying thing that the game is that unstable and fragile!!!

    The root cause of your problem was app crashing and it could happen at any time.😔

    Here are some tips for not/less facing this kind of problem in the future,

    Make your device software auto update.

    Make your game app auto update.

    Don't open game when battery below 25%

    Don't accept incoming call when you playing this game.

    Close all background running app before start this game.

    Make free device internal memory up to 2 GB

    Keep RAM free.

    I urge you to contact our player support.

    Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Choose your tropic - Contact us and send them an email.

    @Mido_Potter Hi, can understand you being extremely frustrated about loosing all those boosters, but they are stored on your device memory, so if anything has happened regarding them being lost there is not much that can be done. All boosters / lives on mobile devices are stored on there memory. You could try contacting customer support from your game and explain your issue you never know your luck, but you may only get help with any purchased boosters you had
