Very sorry to hear about ur loss. The only boosters which can be recovered is if u have purchased one. If so plz. Try to contact support directly from the game and they have ur purchase history so there is high chance that u get them back.
Hi there, I think you've created a similar thread on your issue. You may refer to the answers or suggestions given in that post.
As mentioned, most likely you need to restart your device if you haven't done so after syncing these accounts in order to refresh the game after synced.
