Lost my F5 after Facebook sync

hi there, after syncing my Facebook account to my email, I can no longer see my F5.. how can I get it back?

    Fantastic 5 belongs to the test group and this feature will not be available in everyone's game.😔 You can follow the steps given below.

     Check App Update > Log Out Game > Restart Device > Open Game & Log In.

    It also can be un available due to some temporary problems. So be hopeful that it might come back to u.

    Hi there and good day to you. I think You need to refresh your app after you sync.

    May I suggest that you log out from all accs, close running apps, restart your device and log in to your game either via FB or King account.

    And open your event button to see whether your F5 feature reappear.
