Plz. Logout ur game, update game application, clear cache but becareful about game data, and log back in. I hope it is temporary problem and it will go back to u.
@hsain Hi and welcome sorry to here you have had a problem with your reward. please try checking for game update ,log out and restart your device, log back in and see if your reward shows.
If not you will need to contact customer support from your game or by the contact us at bottom of page ( you need your game ID for this ) and explain your issue to them.
