I am very sorry about ur loss of boosters. But 1st of all edit ur post and delete ur email as this is a public forum and i am sure u dont want unwanted emails.
Secondly why u lost the boosters. Plz. Read this.
Whenever u change device or reinstall a game u will lose boosters as boosters are stored in the device memory not in the game. So that u may play the game offline also. So we always request to not to store so many boosters.
Plz. Note that if u have any purchased one boosters plz. Try to contact directly to support from ur game. They have ur purchase history so it can be given back to u.

As said above please delete your personal information as you might not want to receive spam email.
If you play on mobile this tech issue likely deleted your boosters permanently and cannot be recovered, unfortunately.
Also please note that too many boosters can affect the game functionality, since their data are saved locally on your mobile and thus might be the cause of the problem.

If you cannot recover your boosters, customer service can offer support and replacement for any you've purchased but not yet used. Please use the link:

Make your device software auto update.
Make your game app auto update.
Don't open game when battery below 25%
Don't accept incoming call when you playing this game.
Close all background running app before start this game.
Make free device internal memory up to 2 GB
Keep RAM free.
Since boosters are stored locally on device memory, we cannot guarantee that your boosters are secure.
