Hi there Martin. Though the F5 issue is currently being fixed, you may also want to check whether your game is up to date and perform the basic troubleshooting method i.e. log out from game, restart device, and log back in later as in wait for 10-15 minutes.
Hopefully, you can access your F5 feature soon. =)

@martinkessels26 Hi, a few people are experiencing this issue at the moment and i think that all that can be done at present is to wait for a fix for the issue. As alternative would be to try unistalling the game and reinstalling, but if you are on mobile device / Tablet you would lose any stored boosters or lives.
