Hi, I was trying to save my progress on Facebook and lost it, please help

I was saving all of my progress through Facebook for candy crush saga,( I was on level 3000). After I was told it was all saved and I went back to the Candy Crush Saga app all my progress was gone and I was back to the start at level 0. What should I do about this

Hi Mary,

Did you try playing a level just to see if it catches up?

Are you on a PC or mobile device? Android or iOS?

It's never a bad idea to sign out, restart your device, sign back in.... Gives everything a chance to inload temp files and junk.

Double check that your app is connected to Facebook, as well. Never know if you got disconnected and didn't see it. 🙂

Is your app up to date? Have you cleared your cache and cookies recently and logged in & out of your profile recently. If not try those steps to try and resync your device 💪🏻

@marykasser.Hi, follow the advice from @JethrinaBodina and make sure you play and complete a level after restart as sometimes it needs this to reconnect to the server correctly.
