The video ad feature is still a test feature, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Booster or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ad feature will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the video ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when it's back.

Hi Ana, I totally agree. Only some players get to enjoy this test feature. I don't have it too but I have other features like chocolate box, daily booster wheel, treat calendar, F5, which I'm comfortable with at the moment 😁But of course, the more the merrier and better to help me level up.
Nevertheless, do stay tune for any release of new feature to your game and make sure your game is up to date. Don't forget to restart your device after each update to ensure game is properly refreshed and reloaded.

Actually they have divided different features to different players. If you will get this feature may be you will lose another. Now i have this feature but i lost daily sticker. And i am not happy as ads feature is giving you normal boosters whereas daily sticker was giving me UFO.
So whatever bonus feature we have we need to be satisfied and hope for the best to come.
