Loss of game history

My game history which I’ve fervently been working at for years has disappeared. Why did this happen? Can my game history be restored? I have the latest and largest iPad model.

@nofirstname Hi and welcome, If you need to restore your level and gold bars please follow the links given above and if you encounter any problems let us know. Unfortunately your booster and lives are stored on mobile devices themselves so if they have gone they cannot be recovered, unless you had purchased boosters that have not been used. You can then contact customer support from your game and they will help you with this
