Very sorry for your loss of boosters.
But whenever we change our device or reinstall the game we are bound to lose our boosters. As boosters are stored in our device not in the game so that we can play even offline and use boosters.
I am sorry but the free boosters can not be recoverable but if you have purchased any boosters contact support directly from your game, they have your purchase history so you can get them back.
Yes, that's how it works unfortunately. In mobiles, boosters and stored lives are saved locally on the device you're playing on and they don't sync with king server as progress and goldbars do instead. So only goldbars and progress can be saved and transferred when device is changed or when mobile app crashes or gets uninstalled/reinstalled.
Customer service can offer support and replacement for any you've purchased but not yet used. Please search for "contact us" directly from your game after clicking the "?" mark in your app settings.

It’s best not to store too many Boosters on your device, as there is a chance they may be lost, or affect the game play. and save your game in Facebook and King Account.
