I hope everyone is healthy and COVID-Free.

When I ask for help on a level, why do you show outdated videos of the games.? For instance, I asked for help on level 4193, which I dislike very much now by the way. I receive a video of somebody playing this level only they have 25 chances and they used every single one. Now it is 21 tries.

I asked once why you reduce it it. I was told that it can be done in the lesser.amount. Who does the testing of these levels? How many tries to they get before it is won? I'm just curious. Thank you. Be safe

Yes it's right. Changes are made to the levels. It should be another challenge for the players. The other is probably the new trial version. Selected player groups only get this for testing.

@Tina_Williams-2 Hi and welcome again. It depends who as got you the video. some people will quickly search youtube and click the first video and provide that. I always try to search for the latest version available., but again it depends on the person providing the video. The video is just for help purposes and sometimes you cannot get one due to the level just changing

The game studio do the testing and levels are amended all the time. This will be done from the data they have collected regarding the level. Some will get changed if they think they are too easy and need amending and sometimes works the other way round.

Very sorry that you are still stuck with the same level. By showing videos it is never meant that you will get the same board or same moves. They are just helpful in giving you some hints, how to move that level.

Of course every board is different and when you play any move the reaction is also different. So videos are hints but you have to play according to the situation in your hand.

Dont worry you will pass that level soon. You just need few good moves. Your lucky board is waiting for you.

And it doesnt matter who provides the videos...

I do agree with Aijaziqbal that the video is merely a guideline to help us gauge how to move the jelly in the board. I also realise that throughout my almost 10 years playing CCS, luck do plays a major role for me 😂

Recently, I got stuck very long time even though I've tried to copy some of the moves from the video and it does help a bit but because the board is different from the video, the usefulness is very minimal. So I took a break and replay other levels because of the on-going contests in CCS.

Today, I playback the level I got stuck and I've passed it after 2nd tries! I'm so glad and happy and it look so much easier than all my previously failed attempts... I guess I can safely said it's my luck!

All videos and level tutorials on Youtube are uploaded by other players and no official videos from King. Therefore a level may look different from some older videos if the level has been updated lately.
