Even if you are unable through this below link.
Still we can request our CM to manually restore your levels. But he will be available on tuesday. Hopefully below link can help you.

Howdy there and good day to you... hope you can follow the steps in the links provided by Freddy or Aijaziqbal. Otherwise, you may log out from the game account, restart your iPhone and log back in to your game account and see whether the level is restored. Else, please contact the Player Support team whilst waiting for your level to be restored manually.

Your game is still saved on your Facebook account. Have you tried disconnecting/ logging out from Facebook in the game and then connect back to your account?
