@retiree Hi and welcome, Can you post a screen shot of the error your receiving so we can help you better. also when are you getting these messages. Ie is it when you trying to connect to the shop or extra move wheel
in this case as mentioned in the link you need to provide us your user ID and we will report this to our CM and he will be available on tuesday to solve your issue.
@retiree Unfortunately the game team are trying to resolve this issue but as its complex we have no idea on a fix for it. Below is official reply from candy crush saga Community Manager

This has really helped and the tech team has now found the cause of the issue. So no further Game ID:s are needed anymore.
How to solve this is still to be figured out. Therefore we have no time frame for the fix. Please stay tuned and keep the app up to date to get all fixes as soon as they are released.
I will post any further updates or news on this here on the thread.
