What can I do to get the screen to normal color mode? I’ve tried everything but none of tips didn’t work. Most other game apps on there except Candy Crush Friends have black screen too.

Well it looks like a graphic issue but if you are saying that other games are working fine. I will recommend it to our senior @Sukanta_Biswas . As his knowledge is far more superior than me. But as it is sunday you might have to wait till he is available.
@Jared_Buttry Hi and welcome. I had this happen to me when i finished a game screen went black but i just restarted the win 10 app and all was good again. If you have done all the tips i think it is best you contact customer support from your game and explain your issue as they may need to look into this. I will forward this to the CM and hopefully he can get the game team to check, but as not many reports think this will probably need to be done on a individual basis with customer support.

I don't know your RAM and your graphics card on the PC, is it relatively new or older?

If most of your apps are all black, then it's most likely an issue with Windows and I would recommend to contact Microsoft Support to check this.
