Black screen on Windows 10 app on desktop computer

What can I do to get the screen to normal color mode? I’ve tried everything but none of tips didn’t work. Most other game apps on there except Candy Crush Friends have black screen too.

I don't know your RAM and your graphics card on the PC, is it relatively new or older?

Well it looks like a graphic issue but if you are saying that other games are working fine. I will recommend it to our senior @Sukanta_Biswas . As his knowledge is far more superior than me. But as it is sunday you might have to wait till he is available.

Werner_Cichy It’s relatively new. What’s RAM & graphics card? Never heard of it

@Jared_Buttry Hi and welcome. I had this happen to me when i finished a game screen went black but i just restarted the win 10 app and all was good again. If you have done all the tips i think it is best you contact customer support from your game and explain your issue as they may need to look into this. I will forward this to the CM and hopefully he can get the game team to check, but as not many reports think this will probably need to be done on a individual basis with customer support.

I’ve Intel (R) Q45/Q43 Express Chipset Driver. I think the graphics or video card is the issue

As you already mentioned that it is doing with other games too. So it means that it looks like a hardware issue rather than a software one. Try to check out the RAM or graphic Card or sometimes the motherboard.

You get black screen as soon as you start the game or you get such a problem while playing a level?

These are the parts of CPU (your computer's brain). But i will recommend the above suggestions from @Sukanta_Biswas .

1st you have to try all software help and if it is not helping your cause you must go to some technicians. Hardware parts can not be checked by individuals without certain tools.

If most of your apps are all black, then it's most likely an issue with Windows and I would recommend to contact Microsoft Support to check this.
