Hi I can log in my account in windows but i cannot log in my iphone. What should i do?

Hello @Chet_DS and a very warm welcome to our wonderful king Community. As mentioned above the more information you can provide, the better we are able to help you.

You mention a windows account - is that an account on your PC and you mention your iPhone as the other platform. I also play on my iPhone, but not a PC (I use iPads). Are you playing via a Facebook account or a King.com account. You should be able to log in using the same account on both platforms.

Is the game not loading on your iPhone or will it not let you log into your King or FB account?
