Issue receiving my prize

I had won the hour of the candy bomb and an hour of lives from the competition but when I went to continue to play the game it wasn't there. It had said I received it and I clicked claim prize but it never showed up

    @Janetanalan0216 Hi and welcome, Sorry to here you have not received your reward Try to check for game up date, log out and restart your device and then log back in. see if your prize shows up. If not you will need to contact customer support from your game or the contact us at bottom of page ( you will need your game ID for this)

    Have you cleared your cache and cookies recently and logged in & out of your profile recently. If not try those steps to try and resync your device

    If you miss a reward from any other feature, please email Player Support

    Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email.

    As far as hearing back from Player Support, please be patient, with so many people at home - there is a much higher demand on their time and they are working as hard as they can, but it may take a few days to get a response.
