Fantastic Five stuck?

My fantastic five stopped working48 hrs ago - it went from normal progress (showing how the team were getting points etc) and about to give the second of the 3 prizes to then showing we'd reached the team goal but no other team members or points apart from mine and is stuck like this?!

Dear my understanding about the issue is that when someone from your team leaves or added then this graphic error arises (its only my assumption not necessarily correct).

But the team is aware of that graphic error and they are trying best to fix it.

But your game is working absolutely fine.

@kiki_kirsty Hi and welcome, Could you post a screenshot. The first thing you need to do is make sure your game is up to date and log out and restart your device , then log back in. See if this resolves your issue. There is also a graphics issue that causes some problems with the graph that shows your progress. This is being looked in to but we have no time frame for a fix

I'd read the article and checked my game has the latest updates (it has)

I thought i had added a screen shot but will try again now...

@kiki_kirsty That is the graphics problem listed. your scores do not add up to the 7000 so graph is showing wrong. If you read the update supplied both by me and kiara this will explain this issue to you. Your gaem should still be working correctly but it will not display correctly.
