I lost all my levels when I selected the option to save my game

I was at level 1729 I believe when I was given the option to save my progress. Instead of saving it I went back to 1. I tried rebooting but my system still remains at 1.

Perhaps you already saved the game to another Facebook and you tried to connect to another Facebook again. If this is the case then you have lost your game progress, but don't be discouraged because we can manually return you to your level. You can follow the link above which our Superstar @kiara_wael has already provided you or you follow the steps below.

Please email Player Support so they can restore the levels manually on your new account.

Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - My Game Progress - Contact us and send them an email. Don't forget to mention what level you were on!
