Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email.
As far as hearing back from Player Support, please be patient, with so many people at home - there is a much higher demand on their time and they are working as hard as they can, but it may take a few days to get a response.
@brandysnider Hi and welcome, sorry to here this has happened to you. in case of mobile devices boosters are stored on the device itself. so if you reset reinstall the game or change phones your boosters are lost and are not recoverable unless they were purchased and unused, but May be worth Trying @kiara_wael solution above as you never know your luck

If you perform the basic troubleshooting such as logging out, restart device and logging back in, the boosters may still be there unless you accidentally, delete the app and re-install it or it may be due to game freezing or crashing.
