Reinstall trauma

Hello! I reinstalled the game and when I logged in I lost all my boosters and about 106 lives sent bu my friends, can it be fixed!!

You deleted, uninstalled or reinstalled the game

• These steps involve deleting the data where your Boosters are saved. This is irreversible and your items cannot be recovered. When applying an update, it's important to use the 'Update' option when available in the App Store, and not remove and reinstall the game.

Don't worry, your friends will send you lives and the game will regenerate more boosters. You will be ok.

Hi @L_1 .

We warmly welcome you to our adorable king community.

The boosters and lives are stored on our device not in our game application so that we may use them even if we play offline. So whenever we reinstall our game or change our device we are bound to lose our boosters and lives. Unfortunately there is no way to restore them back. But if you have any purchased booster you should directly contact support from your game. They have all your purchase history and i am sure they will take a positive action in your favor.

Hi there and hope you're doing well.

Since your boosters are not recoverable, King may offer support and replacement for any you've purchased but not yet used. Please contact them using the link at the bottom of this page:

I understand it's tough to start building your boosters inventory from scratch and I encourage you to just continue playing the game and earn boosters from in-game features such as Fantastic Five, Chocolate Box quests, daily booster wheel, daily win, treat calendar, built-a-bot, and so on. Just maximised these features the best you could.

As for the lost of 106 lives sent by friends, you can start sending requests to your usual friends and I'm sure they will help out like before.
