This is a Facebook problem and that is why your avatar is missing.😔 This is a known problem and game team trying to fix it quickly but we do not have any exact information on when this problem will be solved.

If you saved your game via Facebook or Kingdom, you will get game progress back even after uninstalling the game app but you will lose the stored booster and lives.

Plz. Explained by Mr. Sukanta that facebook is having issue at the moment and king studios and facebook are already working to fix that issue.

In my opinion uninstall should be the last option if there is no other solution. You will lose all your boosters and lives stored. So just log out update your game application clear cache and log in.

For Apple ipad if you do a reinstall you will lose any boosters or lives you had stored.
