how do I send lives to other players if their names do not automatically display?

Only a few fellow friends names are displayed. How do I send lives to others?

Hi @hescott1944 welcome, at present there is an issue with facebook which is causing avatars to constantly spin and not load. King are working with facebook to fix this issue but at present there is no time frame for a fix. One of the problems caused issome of your friends not showing in your game so you are unable to send or receive lives from them.

@hescott1944 Hi! welcome to the community :)

there's a known issue about facebook connectivity that's preventing players from seeing facebook-connected friends and/or their own profile pic/photo. This is probably why you can't momentarly see them. Players are advised not to try and solve it. King and Facebook are looking into this to find a solution but there's no time frame for it yet. And when the fix will be ready, it will released through updates.
