Booster lost

FB hacked had to reload candy crush to sync current level. Everything fine until this morning.

opened app tp play and Noticed all booster gone on both Apple devices

@forgetit Hi and welcome, Unfortunately booster on mobile devices are stored on the device itself. so if you have to reinstall, reset , change phone or game crashes all boosters and lives are lost and are unrecoverable. This is unless you had any purchased and unused boosters in this case you can contact customer support from your game and they will help you with this

We warmly welcome you to our adorable king community.

The boosters and lives are stored on our device not in our game application so that we may use them even if we play offline. So whenever we reinstall our game or change our device we are bound to lose our boosters and lives. Unfortunately there is no way to restore them back. But if you have any purchased booster you should directly contact support from your game. They have all your purchase history and i am sure they will take a positive action in your favor.
