Link two accounts same device. Lost password on one

Lost my password on my original account and the email on it is no longer being used so I can't reset it as it does not recognize the email. I just now opened a new account in hopes of linking them?

@LeeAnn56 Hi and welcome, If you have created a new account please post your Game ID and level you were on and i will pass the details to the CM. He can manually restore your levels on your new account for you

Yup i agree with freddy that you need to give us your ID and the only person who can help here is our CM. Who may restore your new levels manually. Please dont forget to mention the level you were on.

Also note that when we restore manual only levels will be restored not your old game history or any boosters.

Hi @LeeAnn56 and welcome to our Community!

It is not possible to transfer the game from a King account to another, but I can manually put you on the same level that you were on on your new account.

Let me know the Game ID and what level you were on and I will look into it.
