Get rid of cartoons bring friends back

I have pressed cogs logged into Facebook out again don’t want cartoon stranger friends want my old Facebook profile and friends back how do I do this please.

We are very sorry about this but its a well known facebook issue already reported. King studios and facebook are working to fix it. But we cant give you exact time when it will be resolved. Hoping soon it will be ok. Have patience with us. Plz. See below link.

@jh7564 Hi and welcome, Do you have a profile picture showing as a cartoon or is your profile picture blank and continuously spinning.

If its got cartoon pic try logging out of both Facebook and game and restart you device and log back in to see if this resolves your problem if not please let us know

If it blank you will have the current Facebook issue with spinning Avatars. This is being worked on by both King and Facebook but we have no time frame for a fix. It will also be the reason many of your friends are not appearing on your game. This is affecting many people

Hi @jh7564 and welcome to our Community!

Sounds like the game got disconnected from Facebook and therefore automatically connected to Kingdom instead.

Try with disconnecting/ logging out from Facebook and then reconnect. That should help.

I hope your issue has been solved but if you still have them, I suggest you continue to play and you may also send requests to all these king players for lives and you may be delighted if you received more lives than expected 😊🍭
